General Terms and Conditions of Sale: only the general terms and conditions of sale of Vlaamse Visveiling NV apply. Acceptance of the invoice or the self-billing invoice implies the explicit agreement of all parties involved with the fish auction regulations of Vlaamse Visveiling NV. The delivered goods are deemed accepted in both quality and quantity upon leaving Vlaamse Visveiling NV. Any other complaints will only be accepted if they reach us in writing within 24 hours of the sale. Invoices are payable within seven days of the purchase date. In the event of late payment, default interest off 10% will automatically be charged, with a minimum of €125. The courts of Bruges have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

 

VAT provisions: for foreign customers with a valid European VAT number, the wording "VAT reversed" applies to this invoice. For foreign customers with a non-European VAT number, the wording "exempt from VAT, according to Article 39 WBTW (export)" applies to this invoice.
